Peter McDonald’s Pentecost (IFF 2011 winner) and Terry George’s The Shore both nominated for Best Short Film (Live Action) at this year’s Oscars®.

“Pentecost” best short at IRISHFILMFESTA 2011
The short film jury, formed by film critics Daniela Catelli and Boris Sollazzo, by script analyst Matteo D’Arienzo and by lawyer Leonardo Paulillo, has awarded the prize for IFF Best Short Film to “Pentecost” (director: Peter McDonald).
The jury has also given a special mention to “Procrastination ” (director: Johnny Kelly).
