Newsletters
Pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (c.d. GDPR), personal data from users for subscription to the newsletter will be processed by irishfilmfesta.org, Data Controller. Users will always have the option to unsubscribe through the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of the newsletter.
The data of subscribers to the newsletter will be processed by personnel expressly authorized by the Data Controller and will be kept exclusively for the time necessary to fulfill the indicated purpose (unless otherwise required by law). In no case will the data be disclosed, and will be communicated to irishfilmfesta.org, and to third parties responsible for providing services connected to the delivery of the newsletter, within the limits and with the methods established by current legislation.
