SYNOPSIS

A cinematic tribute to those who suffered loss as a result of the Northern Irish conflict (1968-1998), Hear My Voice combines Colin Davidson’s stunning portrait collection, “Silent Testimony”, with the spoken words of the victims and survivors of the Northern Irish Troubles, featured in the paintings.

 

DIRECTOR

Belfast born director and producer Brendan J. Byrne is an experienced filmmaker, specialising in documentary and feature films. Best known for his film Bobby Sands: 66 Days (presented at IFF.10), Brendan has been making high end documentaries for UK and Irish broadcasters in a career spanning 25 years. Between 1992 and 2013, Brendan ran production company Hotshot Films before joining Fine Point Films as Creative Director in 2014.
